ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed in 2 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email once your order is shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress until delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Final Touch Up Paint, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at finaltouchuppaint@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Take note that you're responsible for return shipping unless the item is proven to have arrived incorrect or defective, in which case we will provide a prepaid label.
